Q: What’s your role at Pebble IT, and what does a typical day look like for you?

My role at Pebble IT is Apprentice IT Technician, and my typical day involves responding to customer tickets and helping solve customer issues over the phone.

Q: What made you choose an IT apprenticeship?

I chose an IT apprenticeship because it gives me hands‑on experience while I learn, and it allowed me to start building a career in IT straight away.

Q: What interests you the most about IT?

I’m most interested in the problem‑solving side of IT and learning new technologies.

Q: What drew you to join Pebble IT?

I was drawn to Pebble IT for the hands‑on learning opportunity and the strong focus on customer support.

Q: If you could automate one part of your life with tech, what would it be?

I’d automate things like reminders and basic organisation.

Q: What’s a hobby or interest you enjoy outside of work?

I enjoy go‑karting outside of work. It’s something I find fun and engaging, and I like the competitive side of it.

Q: If you could have dinner with any tech pioneer (past or present), who would it be?

I’d choose Carl Pei, because I admire how he’s built innovative tech brands and focused on user experience and simplicity.

Our New Apprentice IT Technician

We’re delighted to welcome Nathan to the Pebble IT team as our new Apprentice IT Technician. As part of our continued commitment to developing local talent and delivering outstanding customer support, Nathan has joined us to gain hands‑on experience while building the foundations of a career in IT.

Nathan is working on his AZ-900 and Comptia A+.

What’s your role at Pebble IT, and what does a typical day look like for you?

My role at Pebble IT is Apprentice IT Technician, and my typical day involves responding to customer tickets and helping solve customer issues over the phone.

How was your first week at Pebble IT, and what did you get up to?

Nathan has already hit the ground running, getting stuck into customer support tasks and learning how we operate day to day while supporting real users.

What made you choose an IT apprenticeship?

I chose an IT apprenticeship because it gives me hands‑on experience while I learn, and it allowed me to start building a career in IT straight away.

What interests you the most about IT?

Restarting your computer regularly can fix a lot of common issues and improve performance.
