We manage the software licensing behind them, and we keep project storage quick and organised so the model isn't fighting the network.

We set up structured, secure file sharing and common data environments so models, drawings and revisions move cleanly between parties — with permissions and version control protecting your work and making "which issue is current?" a question with one answer. Tested backups protect both live projects and the archive your PI insurance assumes you keep.

We protect them with access controls, device encryption and our cyber security service, and we take practices through Cyber Essentials certification — asked for on a growing number of frameworks and public-sector appointments.
