Tested backups sit underneath it all, because project records have to survive longer than the project.

Practical security for a mobile workforce

Construction's security risks are practical ones: tablets that walk off site, shared logins in the cabin, invoice fraud aimed at a sector that moves big money on email. We handle all three — device encryption and remote wipe, proper individual accounts, and hardened email through our cyber security service. For firms bidding on frameworks and public-sector work, we provide Cyber Essentials certification support — it's now a common tender requirement.
